The Barn 1893 is Pet friendly.

Capacity
Accommodates up to 120 guests comfortably.

Pricing
Includes The Barn, Ceremony Site, or Lawns surrounding The Barn and parking areas, for the Access Period which will be determined at time of reservation.
Full Rental Fee:
Deposit is to be made upon signing the Rental Agreement and final payment is due 60 days prior to the event date.
Security Deposit:
A deposit of $500 is due 10 days prior to the event and will be held for an additional 10 days after the event in case of damages, cleaning fees or late fees.

Food
You have the freedom to choose the caterer that fits your budget and needs.

Alcohol
Alcohol must be served only by a licensed bartender hired for the event.
The Barn 1893 can provide a bartender as part of the service for an additional price.
Service closes 30 minutes before the client tear-down begins.
A minimum of 1 bar staff is required per 75 guests.  No exceptions.  This is a minimum requirement.
The Barn 1893 reserves the right to evict clients and/or guests from the property or close the bar at any time during the event.  See Venue Rental Agreement, Appendix B for a list of specific behaviors.

Setup/Tear-down
Client is responsible to tear-down the event as stated in The Venue Rental Agreement.
Client must remove all non-Barn decor items during the Access Period including items brought in by client vendors and guests.  *Client is responsible for additional fees for the sum of $250 each day items have not been removed.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Client qualifies for a partial refund of the event deposit only if the cancellation is more than 9 months prior to the event date.
If cancellation is less than 9 months prior to the event date the Event rental fee and/or final payment is non-refundable.

If rescheduling more than 9 months prior to the events, client can apply 50% of the event deposit to the new event date.
If reschedule is less than 9 months prior to the event date the event rental fee and/or final payment will not be applied to the future date.

Photographs
Photographs are encouraged.  The Barn 1893 encourages client to share professional and non professional images to be used for promotional purposes.
The Barn 1893 reserves the right to take photos at the event to use for promotional purposes.

Indemnification
The Barn 1893 its owner, its management, officers and employees will be indemnified against all suits, judgements, settlements, claims and damages to persons/property, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities.  (See Venue Rental Agreement for more info on this topic).

Severe Inclement Weather / Natural Disaster
If The Barn 1893 is rendered unsuitable for the event, 80% of the paid amount can be applied to a future event date.  If client elects not to re-book, no refund will be provided.   *Event insurance is encouraged due to this risk.

Toilets
The Barn 1983 does not have running water or indoor bathrooms at this time.  Port-potties will be provided.
