The Barn 1983 Venue is not just a wedding venue but a venue for all occasions.
Venue Pricing:
May – October: $
Pricing includes the Barn, Ceremony Site, or Lawns surrounding the Barn and parking areas, for the Access Period which will be determined at time of reservation.

Venue Rental Includes:

Ceremony seating – up to 200 guests

Damisch Homestead Available for Bride and Bridesmaids per your request

6ft round tables or long “farm style” seating – up to 120 guests

chairs seating – up to 120 guests inside the barn

Tables – buffet, cake, DJ, gifts, guest book, cocktail, etc.
- Porta-potties
- Parking – 200 spaces

How to Reserve the Barn 1893
Security Deposit
$500 refundable security deposit is required 10 days prior to the event and will be held for an additional 10 days after the event.
Full Rental Fee
Deposit is to be made upon signing the Rental Agreement and final payment is due 60 days prior to the event date.
