What is the capacity?
     120 guest seating in the barn
      250 allowed in a century tent in the orchard

Are tables and chairs included?
     Yes, we provide undressed eclectic tables and chairs for 120 guests in the barn.
     For larger gatherings the use of a Century tent, tables and chairs are required at your cost depending on your needs.

Is the Barn climate controlled?
     No.  The Barn is open air.  However for the warmer months there are 6 farm ceiling fans for cooling.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
     Yes. An earth ramp to get into the barn, close parking and ADA bathroom facilities.

Do you require preferred vendors?
     No.  You may customize as you prefer.

What ceremony sites are available?
      Customizable to your own taste, you have use of the orchard, backdrop of the grape vines or farm field and inside the authentic rustic barn.

How do I reserve a date?
     Upon your approval of The Barn, We will have you sign a contract.

When is payment required?
     Half the rental fee is due upon signing the contract. The remaining half is ude 60 days before your event.

Do you require Event Insurance?
     Yes, event insurance is required.  We will recommend companies to choose from upon request.

Do you require a security/damage deposit?
     Yes, sixty days before your event we require final rental payment and a refundable deposit of $500.00 upon inspection and up to 10 days.

Is alcohol allowed?
     Yes, you are able to supply your choice spirits, beverages, mixers, bar supplies and licensed bar tenders as needed.  Upon request we can supply our bartenders
      at $260 fee per bartender.
